Yoga and walking make the perfect companions for feeling invigorated, stretched and nicely tired.

Maes y Felin Sports Field, Llanafan
Booking essential for the walking as spaces are limited.
We’ll begin with a warming yoga practice focusing on the parts of the body we’ll use for our walk. We’ll walk directly from Maes y Felin for around 90 minutes and finish back where we started for a relaxing yoga practice.
I will share more details when you book. I am qualified Lowland Hike Leader.
