“My first contact with yoga was at a busy gym with pumping house music drifting through – yet amidst the noise I found moments of peace and a connection between breath and movement. Over ten years later and I’m still enjoying the powerful and restorative activity of yoga. I have studied and practiced a number of styles including ashtanga, dynamic flow, hatha, yin, restorative and yoga nidra. Inspired by various workshops and retreats across the world, I teach a hatha flow style with an emphasis on alignment and balance and more meditative practices such as yin and restorative yoga. I believe that focusing on breath and movement can help to bring you inwards and calm your mind. For me, yoga helps to keep me balanced, giving me the space to breathe.”
Qualified with the Integral yoga school (200 hours RYT) in Hong Kong – training covered hatha, pranayama, meditation technique and other branches of yoga.
